Thank you for taking the time with this comment, danie, I really appreciate it, I hear what you are saying, so maybe make the boat a bit blurry too?

Charlaine, I adore the colours and the impressionistic feel of the background, but for me the "story" feels disconcerted. The fact that the boat is left completely sharp, makes the image feel very digital. It is neither impressionistic, nor straight photography and the lack of a consistent / overall mood makes it feel gimmicky.
